The AudioCodes C470HD is a native Microsoft Teams business phone designed for modern working environments. With its large portrait touchscreen display, dedicated function keys and advanced Teams features, it is ideal for executives, hybrid workers, individual workstations and professional office environments.
Designed for Microsoft Teams
The C470HD has been specifically designed for native use with Microsoft Teams. It supports Teams calling, calendar functions, presence information, directory access and meeting participation via the “One-Touch Join” feature. A dedicated Home key provides quick access to the main functions.
Large touchscreen for intuitive operation
The phone features a 5.5-inch portrait touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 × 1280 pixels. Touch controls are complemented by dedicated function keys for Home, Speaker, Headset, Mute, Hold, Transfer and Volume. The user interface supports multiple languages.
High-quality audio and flexible connectivity
Thanks to its full-duplex speakerphone, support for USB and RJ-9 headsets, and HD audio codecs such as G.711, G.722, G.729 and SILK, the C470HD ensures professional voice transmission. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports enable seamless integration into corporate networks.
Optimised for modern IT environments
The C470HD is based on Android 13 MDEP and supports centralised management through AudioCodes Device Manager as well as the Microsoft Teams Admin Centre. In addition, Zero-Touch Provisioning enables rapid deployment. Integrated dual-band Wi-Fi 6 is available on selected DBW versions.
Applications and compatibility
The AudioCodes C470HD is suitable for individual workstations, executive offices, hybrid working environments and professional Microsoft Teams deployments. An optional 5-inch touchscreen expansion module can be connected, supporting up to 60 speed-dial contacts as well as call transfer, shared line and call queue functions.
