The Neat Bar BYOD transforms a small or medium-sized meeting room into a high-performance collaboration space. In Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) mode, simply connect your computer via USB-C to use the video conferencing platform of your choice whilst benefiting from the advanced audio and video technologies developed by Neat.

Thanks to its compact design, flexible installation and automation features, it simplifies the roll-out of collaborative spaces whilst offering a consistent user experience.

Optimised video quality for hybrid meetings

The built-in 12-megapixel camera offers a 120° horizontal field of view, making it easy to cover the entire room. Automatic framing detects participants and continuously adjusts the frame so that everyone remains visible throughout the meeting.

Distortion correction, video noise reduction, chromatic aberration correction and automatic white balance adjustment ensure a natural image in a variety of lighting conditions.

Smart audio technologies

The Neat Bar features an audio system designed to reproduce voices clearly whilst minimising distractions. The five directional microphones, combined with beamforming, noise suppression, echo cancellation and reverberation reduction technologies, ensure natural conversations.

The exclusive Neat Audio, Neat Symmetry and Neat Boundary technologies further enhance the experience by highlighting participants in the room and preventing people outside the room from being included in the frame.

Simple and flexible BYOD mode

In BYOD mode, the bar allows you to quickly join meetings on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex or any other compatible platform used on your computer. Content can be easily shared via a USB-C and HDMI connection.

The Neat Bar can be used on its own or in combination with the Neat Pad, which provides touch control over the camera, volume and many other functions.

Centralised management with Neat Pulse

Thanks to the Neat Pulse cloud platform, administrators can monitor multiple devices, apply standardised configurations, manage software updates and analyse room usage data via dedicated APIs.

This centralised management simplifies the deployment of multiple meeting rooms whilst ensuring a consistent experience across the entire fleet.

Use cases and compatibility

The Neat Bar BYOD is ideal for small and medium-sized meeting rooms, collaboration rooms, co-working spaces and boardrooms. It can be installed on a table, mounted on a wall or attached directly to a screen; it operates in BYOD mode with the main video conferencing platforms and can be paired with the Neat Pad to enhance the user experience. In BYOD mode, it supports one screen; in dedicated Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms mode, the setup can support two screens.
