Fanvil LINKVIL CP20: instant 4K wireless screen sharing for meeting rooms

The Fanvil LINKVIL CP20 is a wireless screen-sharing device designed to simplify presentations on the Fanvil CA200 and CA400 collaboration systems. Thanks to its built-in USB-C connection and Plug & Play functionality, it allows you to share content at resolutions up to 4K UHD without installing any software on your computer.

Wireless presentations at the touch of a button

The CP20 allows you to start or stop screen sharing by pressing a dedicated button. The built-in USB-C cable reduces the number of connections required and makes it easy for different participants to use, even without specific technical knowledge.

Wireless transmission uses the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band, with support for Wi-Fi 5 and Wi-Fi 6 and a claimed range of up to 10 metres.

Freeze Mode for working without interrupting the presentation

The Freeze Mode function allows the image already being shared to remain on the room’s display, whilst the presenter continues to work privately on their own computer. This is particularly useful for consulting documents, preparing new screens or editing content without showing it to other participants.

The volume control buttons also allow you to directly control the system audio of the connected BYOD device.

Collaboration with multiple presenters

On Fanvil CA200 and CA400 systems, it is possible to use up to 4 CP20 devices paired with the RC10 receiver. Participants can take turns presenting by pressing the button on their own device, without having to constantly disconnect and reconnect computers.

The system displays one source at a time, ensuring a smooth and orderly transition between presenters.

Wireless access to peripherals and security

In addition to screen sharing, the CP20 allows wireless access to a UVC camera, microphone or speakerphone connected to the RC10 receiver, making it easier to use the room’s peripherals with your personal computer.

The connection uses WPA3-PSK encryption to secure the wireless transmission. Built-in indicator lights allow you to quickly check the status of the connection and sharing.

Professional applications and compatibility

The Fanvil LINKVIL CP20 is suitable for meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, business presentations and BYOD environments where multiple users need to share their content quickly.

It is designed to work with the Fanvil CA200 and CA400 systems and the RC10 receiver. It requires a computer with a full-function USB-C port, compatible with data transfer, USB Power Delivery and DisplayPort Alt Mode. Optional Pairing Adapter and H2C accessories are available for pairing additional CP20 devices.
