This is an IP phone, it doesnt connect to a computer but directly to the internet with a network cable. You need to speak with the IT department of your company to check if they are able to move your phone service from the computer to the desktop phone, then they also need to confirm compatibility, not all phone services are compatible with all brands/models of phones.
