Floating, super-rugged radio ideal for your adventures
The Motorola T92 is designed for extreme situations, it is completely waterproof and submersible complying with the IP67 standard. With this walkie-talkie, you can go anywhere and always stay connected. Ideal for your adventures in aquatic environments, such as fishing, jet skiing, swimming pool, etc.
Compatible with radios PMR446
Motorola T92 H2O is a radio with PMR446 frequency, compatible with all PMR446 walkie-talkies in the market, allows you to communicate between 2 radios completely free in a range of up to 10 km in perfect conditions without obstacles (depending on environmental conditions).
Emergency alert and built-in torch
It has a built-in LED torch in bright white and red colour, which automatically activates when it is in contact with water. In addition, it has a clearly visible orange emergency alert button to activate a hands-free call and play an alert tone to call for help.
Scan and Vox function
The scan function allows you to find an available channel and the VOX function activated gives you the possibility to communicate without any physical manipulation of the walkie-talkie, since the emission activates with the sound of your voice.

Tested in the French Alps, it worked fine, but when there is a mountain in between it becomes more difficult, but the range was sufficient for what we wanted to use it for.

These radios have a range of up to 10km. The actual range can vary depending on terrain and conditions and is often less than the maximum promised. Your actual range will be limited by several factors including terrain, weather conditions, electronic interference, and obstructions.

We are not aware of a waterproof earpiece available for this kind of radios. At the same time the IP67 resistance is mostly for fresh water, sea water normally doesn’t apply.
Other manufacturers of PMR446 (license free) radios do share certain channels with Motorola, if they share the same channels they will communicate with each other.
