How do I set up a Gigaset DECT cordless phone?
Simply connect the base to the power supply and telephone line (or to the router for VoIP models), insert the batteries and charge the handset. On the handset menu, go to Settings → Registration → Register Handset and press the registration button on the base for 3-5 seconds. Enter the base PIN (default: 0000) and confirm. Then set the date, time and call preferences. For VoIP models, you can configure the SIP details via the base’s web interface.
