Introduction

The Yealink MeetingBar A25 is a compact video conferencing solution for focus rooms: it combines an extremely wide camera angle, AI-controlled audio, and easy setup with just one cable—ideal for productive, stress-free meetings.

The A25 is ideal for small to medium-sized meeting or focus rooms where space is limited. It can be easily combined with a touch console, can be installed with a single cable (power + network), and is therefore ideal for flexible office spaces or modern working environments.

Audio and video specifications

The MeetingBar A25 camera uses three 4K lenses (one ultra-wide angle and two telephoto), delivers 4K video images at 30 fps, and offers a very wide 151° viewing angle for optimal room coverage.

The 8-MEMS microphone array captures voices up to 5 meters away with AI-based noise cancellation, and the built-in 10-watt speaker delivers clear, natural sound.

Platform & device compatibility

The MeetingBar A25 runs on Android 13 and supports the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP). This allows it to be installed securely and future-proofed in Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Wired (USB‑C, HDMI, Ethernet) and wireless options (Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1) are available for connection.

Collaborative features

Thanks to the one-cable solution (Cat5e for power & network), installation is quick and tidy. Content can be shared via the touch console (BYOD via USB‑C). The A25 also supports cross-platform control, which makes hybrid meetings significantly more efficient.

Security features

Data protection is a priority: the A25 has an electric privacy shutter that visually blocks the camera when needed. In addition, the Android 13 operating system with MDEP integration offers robust security mechanisms against unauthorized access and data leaks.
