This product does not meet my expectations. Firstly, this headset doesn't fit my ear ergonomically; it's clearly incompatible because I have large ears. Secondly, I bought this device to use for voice recording. However, the transcription of the dictation is appalling; it barely recognizes the words I pronounce. I don't know if this is due to my southern accent or the poor quality of the device.

Great product, works VERY well to reduce the noise around you, the person you are talking to on the phone doesn't hear any outside noise, even when you are outside and it's noisy.
