Recommended by my customer representative to improve the functionality of my Jabra 9450 headsets. After configuration on the phone, it works very well. The price, however, is a bit high.

After a bit of trouble connecting and especially setting up the Polycom set with the Jabra answer, everything works correctly. Solution finally found on the Jabra site with the complete connection AND set-up doc. But positive point, the OneDirect hotline told me contacted again some time later with the same solution: they had not given up and are also looking on their side with Jabra. well done
