iiyama ProLite TN8605A – Large-format 4K touchscreen display for secure IT environments

The iiyama ProLite TN8605A-B1AG is a professional 86-inch touchscreen display without an integrated operating system. It has been developed for environments where security, reliability and complete IT control are paramount.

Thanks to its operating system-free design, the display can be easily used with a laptop or another external source device. There is no additional operating system platform within the display to configure, manage or update.

High-detail 4K display on an 85.6-inch screen

The IPS panel with 4K UHD resolution displays content at 3840 × 2160 pixels. A brightness of 500 cd/m², a contrast ratio of 1200:1 and viewing angles of 178° ensure a clear display in large meeting and training rooms.

The display surface features an anti-reflective and antibacterial coating with a haze value of 25 per cent. The optically bonded touch glass enables smooth writing and reduces distracting reflections.

Precise interaction with DeepContrast-IR+

The DeepContrast-IR+ touch technology enables touch accuracy of ± 1 mm. The integrated palm rejection feature makes it easier to write, annotate and edit content directly on the screen.

The annotation function allows presentations and other displayed content to be marked up in real time using a suitable stylus. This makes the display ideal for interactive meetings, teaching sessions and collaborative work processes.

Plug-and-play without an integrated operating system

The display operates without a pre-installed operating system. A compatible source device can be connected to play back content directly and utilise the touch function. This means control over the operating system, applications and data remains with the existing IT infrastructure.

This concept is particularly suitable for organisations with heightened requirements regarding data protection, compliance and system transparency.

USB-C for video, data, touch and power supply

The USB-C port with 65 W Power Delivery transmits video signals, data, touch information and electrical power via a single cable. This reduces the amount of cabling required when connecting to a compatible laptop.

Two HDMI inputs, a DisplayPort input and a VGA port are available for additional signal sources. The Picture-in-Picture and Picture-by-Picture functions allow different content to be displayed simultaneously.

Professional integration with OPS, LAN and RS-232C

A compatible plug-in PC can be integrated via the OPS slot compliant with the Intel OPS80 standard. This allows the display to be expanded into a standalone solution without the need to install an external computer separately.

Two RJ45 ports and RS-232C support integration into professionally controlled installations. Adjustable functions such as scheduling, key lock, meeting mode and automatic standby mode facilitate controlled operation.

Integrated audio system and flexible wall mounting

For audio playback, two 20 W speakers and a 20 W subwoofer are integrated. A 3.5 mm audio input allows connection to an external audio source.

The fanless display supports the VESA standard 800 × 600 mm. A compatible wall mount is included in the scope of delivery and enables a stable, space-saving installation.
