Unfortunately is not possible to use the handset and headset at the same time. But you have a few options, 1) you could use the phone in speakerphone so everyone can talk/listen, you could buy a second headset and a training cable and connect them to the phone, like this 2 people can listen in while keeping the call private and you could also get another phone and make a conference call with them.
