The Plantronics EncorePro HW510 USB Mono PC Headset, together with the Plantronics DA90 USB Audio Processor (not included) and Plantronics Manager Pro, combines hardware and software to ensure efficient call management and high-quality audio processing. The Plantronics EncorePro is not only very comfortable but thanks to its 6-pin Quick Disconnect connectivity, it allows users to freely move around.
The EncorePro is specifically designed for those who spend the majority of their time on calls via their PC, like call centre representatives, and so it is compatible and certified for Skype for Business.
