Gigaset CH41D PRO - Reliable DECT communication in everyday working life
The Gigaset CH41D PRO is a lightweight DECT headset for modern office environments. It is suitable for single-cell and multi-cell systems and combines freedom of movement with comfort and reliable voice transmission.
Stable DECT connection with a range of up to 25 metres
The wireless DECT connection ensures stable and reliable communication. Indoors, the headset offers a range of up to 25 metres, allowing you to move around the workplace without losing connection.
The CH41D PRO can be connected wirelessly to the Gigaset multi-cell systems N670 IP PRO and N870 IP PRO. DECT GAP and PNCAP are supported.
HD Audio for clear conversations
With HD Audio, the headset ensures clear voice transmission during everyday work. The speaker and microphone each cover a frequency range from 300 Hz to 7.0 kHz. The microphone also features passive noise cancellation.
This means the headset is also designed for working environments where good intelligibility during business calls is important.
Lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods
A soft headband and soft ear pads ensure comfortable wear over extended periods. Weighing approximately 130.3 g, the headset remains lightweight and is suitable for regular use throughout the working day.
Thanks to its compact dimensions, the CH41D PRO can also be easily stored on a desk or shelf at the workplace.
Controls for professional communication workflows
For direct control, there is a push-to-talk button, a function button, volume buttons, a mute button and a power and DECT switch. Status and busy LEDs indicate the current operating status.
Via the uaCSTA interface, the headset can be used with software clients. It also optionally supports CrewPTT and can be used for group calls.
Battery life for a full working day
The integrated rechargeable lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 450 mAh at 3.7 V. According to the data sheet, a full battery charge lasts for a whole working day. Charging takes up to three hours.
The headset can be charged directly via USB-C. The supplied mains adaptor operates at 100 to 240 V AC at 50 to 60 Hz and delivers 5 V DC at 2 A.
Applications and compatibility
The Gigaset CH41D PRO is designed for professional indoor use. It is suitable for office workstations with DECT mono or multi-cell systems and is specifically designed for use with the Gigaset N670 IP PRO and N870 IP PRO. Optionally, it can be used in CrewPTT applications and for group communication.
