Gigaset CH21D PRO - Flexible DECT communication in everyday working life
The Gigaset CH21D PRO is a compact and lightweight DECT headset designed for professional use in mono and multi-cell systems. The wireless DECT connection ensures a stable connection and provides a range of up to 25 metres indoors.
Stable DECT connection and HD audio
The headset connects wirelessly via DECT to the Gigaset N670 IP PRO and N870 IP PRO multi-cell systems. This allows staff to move around the workplace without compromising on a stable connection.
For excellent speech intelligibility, the CH21D PRO offers HD audio. The speaker and microphone each cover a frequency range from 300 Hz to 7.0 kHz. The microphone also features passive noise cancellation.
Lightweight design with three wearing options
Weighing approximately 23 g, the CH21D PRO is designed for comfortable wear over many hours. Depending on personal preference, the headset can be worn with a headband, a neckband or directly on the ear.
Its compact dimensions of 138.7 x 23.5 x 36.4 mm also make it easy to use in a workplace where space is at a premium.
Controls for professional communication
A Push-to-Talk button, a function button, volume control and a mute button are located directly on the headset. A two-colour LED serves as a versatile status indicator. The headset can be used with software clients via the uA-CSTA interface.
Battery for the working day and flexible charging options
The headset features a rechargeable 3.8 V lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 200 mAh. According to the data sheet, a single battery charge lasts for a full working day. Charging takes up to two hours.
With optional plug-in charging modules, up to six headsets can be connected to the Gigaset Multicharger PRO and charged in parallel.
CrewPTT, group calls and compatible DECT systems
The Gigaset CH21D PRO can optionally be used as a headset for CrewPTT and supports group calls. The GAP and PNCAP standards, as well as the European frequency range from 1880 to 1900 MHz, are specified for the DECT connection. The headset is designed for use with the Gigaset N670 IP PRO and N870 IP PRO multi-cell systems.
