The Gigaset CH21D PRO is a compact and lightweight DECT headset for modern office environments. This version comes with a charging station and combines reliable DECT communication with HD audio and three different wearing options.

Reliable DECT connection for greater freedom of movement

The CH21D PRO offers a stable and reliable wireless DECT connection. Indoors, the range is up to 25 metres, allowing you to move around your workplace during a call without losing the connection.

The headset can be connected wirelessly via DECT to the Gigaset multi-cell systems N670 IP PRO and N870 IP PRO. DECT GAP and PNCAP are supported.

HD Audio for professional calls

HD Audio ensures excellent voice and audio quality for everyday use. Both the speaker and the microphone cover a frequency range from 300 Hz to 7.0 kHz.

The microphone features passive noise cancellation. This means the headset is also designed for communication in working environments with background noise.

Three wearing options weighing just 23 g

Weighing just around 23 g, the CH21D PRO is designed for comfortable wear over many hours. Various mounting options offer flexibility to suit individual requirements.

You can wear the headset with a headband, a neckband or directly on the ear. Ear hooks, a neckband and a headband are included with this model.

Compact design with charging station

The headset’s compact dimensions make it easy to store at your workstation. This product variant also includes a charging station with mains adapter.

For environments with multiple devices, the CH21D PRO also supports optional plug-in charging modules for the Gigaset Multicharger PRO. This allows up to six headsets to be connected to the Multicharger and charged simultaneously.

Battery for everyday office use

The headset features a rechargeable lithium-ion battery with 3.8 V and 200 mAh. According to the data sheet, a full charge lasts for an entire working day. The charging time is up to two hours.

The charging station’s power supply supports an input voltage of 100 to 240 V AC at 50 to 60 Hz and delivers 5 V DC at 2 A.

Direct control and CrewPTT support

For operation, there is a push-to-talk button, a function button, volume buttons and a mute button. A two-colour LED serves as a multi-purpose status indicator.

Via the uaCSTA interface, the headset can be used with software clients. Furthermore, it can optionally be used as a CrewPTT headset and supports group calls.

The Gigaset CH21D PRO is designed for professional indoor use with DECT mono and multi-cell systems. The wireless connection with the Gigaset N670 IP PRO and N870 IP PRO, as well as the various wearing options, make it suitable for workplaces where mobility and extended wear times are required.
