The Fanvil W626W is a Wi-Fi cordless telephone designed to ensure reliable voice communications in business and industrial environments. Thanks to its IP67 rating, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and built-in security features, it meets the needs of staff who are constantly on the move in warehouses, production facilities, healthcare settings and large buildings.

Robust construction and materials suitable for demanding environments

The W626W is designed to withstand the most demanding conditions of use. The IP67 certification ensures protection against dust and temporary immersion in water, whilst its drop resistance of up to 1.8 metres helps to reduce the risk of damage during day-to-day use.

The device utilises antibacterial materials that are resistant to cleaning with chemicals, which are particularly useful in healthcare settings and areas where frequent sanitisation procedures are required.

Wi-Fi 6 and roaming for communication on the move

Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 technology at 2.4 and 5 GHz allows the phone to be used on corporate wireless networks without relying on a DECT base station. Support for the 802.11k/v/r protocols facilitates roaming between compatible access points, ensuring uninterrupted communications whilst on the move.

Bluetooth 5.0 also allows you to connect compatible wireless headsets to handle calls with greater freedom of movement. Communication security is enhanced by support for WPA3, TLS 1.3 and SRTP.

HD audio and advanced call management

The Fanvil W626W features two microphones, HD audio and intelligent noise-cancelling technologies, including Acoustic Shield. These features improve voice intelligibility in noisy environments, such as production departments and logistics areas.

The phone supports up to 8 SIP accounts, audio conferencing for up to 6 participants, call transfer and forwarding, intercom and speed dialling. The Push-to-Talk (PTT) button allows you to quickly initiate communications with colleagues, depending on the telephone system configuration.

Alarm functions for staff safety

The dedicated red SOS button allows you to quickly initiate an emergency call or alert. The device also incorporates motion- and orientation-based alarm functions, including fall detection, inactivity detection and running detection.

Alerts are triggered when the configured conditions are met. These features provide operational support for safety but are not a substitute for professional monitoring systems or medical devices.

Colour display and battery life for the entire working day

The 2.4-inch colour TFT display, with a resolution of 240 × 320 pixels, makes it easy to view information and manage calls. The backlit keypad, dedicated function keys and vibration feature make the device practical even in operational environments.

The phone also supports H.264 video decoding up to 4CIF resolution for viewing compatible video content.

The 3100 mAh rechargeable battery offers up to 13 hours of talk time and 240 hours on standby, according to Fanvil’s laboratory tests. Charging can be carried out via the included cradle or via a USB-C connection.

Professional applications and compatibility

The Fanvil W626W is suitable for warehouses, logistics, industry, hospitals, care homes and large offices, where staff need to remain contactable whilst on the move.

Support for the SIP protocol enables integration with compatible IP telephony infrastructures. Automatic provisioning, TR-069 management and the FDMCS platform facilitate the configuration and administration of multiple terminals. The compatibility of individual functions depends on the PBX and network infrastructure used.
