The Fanvil W626W White is a professional Wi-Fi cordless phone designed to keep staff connected at all times whilst on the move. It combines Wi-Fi 6, IP67 protection and emergency functions in a robust device, suitable for hospitals, care homes, warehouses and industrial environments. Robust design and materials suitable for healthcare environments

The phone offers IP67 protection against dust and water and can withstand drops from up to 1.8 metres, helping to reduce the risk of damage during everyday use.

The build incorporates antibacterial materials that are resistant to cleaning with chemicals, a useful feature in environments where frequent sanitisation takes place. The compact design and included belt clip make it easy to carry whilst working.

Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth for seamless communications

Thanks to dual-band Wi-Fi 6 connectivity at 2.4 and 5 GHz, the W626W allows you to make VoIP calls over the corporate wireless network without requiring a DECT base station. Support for 802.11k/v/r roaming facilitates seamless handover between compatible access points whilst on the move.

Bluetooth 5.0 enables the use of compatible wireless headsets for hands-free communication. The WPA3, TLS 1.3 and SRTP protocols help to secure corporate connections and communications.

HD audio and advanced telephony features

The audio system features two microphones, intelligent noise cancellation and Acoustic Shield technology, to improve call clarity even in noisy environments.

The phone manages up to 8 SIP accounts and supports audio conferencing for up to 6 participants, call transfer, intercom and speed dialling. The Push-to-Talk (PTT) button allows you to quickly initiate communications with colleagues, depending on the telephone network configuration.

SOS button and alarms for staff safety

The Fanvil W626W features a dedicated red SOS button to quickly initiate emergency calls or alerts. It also includes fall, inactivity and running alarm functions, based on the detection of the device’s movement and orientation.

The 2.4-inch colour TFT display with a resolution of 240 × 320 pixels makes it easy to manage calls and view information. The backlit keypad, function keys and vibration feature enhance usability in the workplace.

The 3100 mAh battery provides up to 13 hours of talk time and 240 hours on standby, according to the manufacturer’s laboratory tests. Charging is via the included base or via the USB-C port.
