Dynascan 2B is a PMR446 free-to-use walkie-talkie with scrambler and 0.5W output power. It has scan function for its 16 channels and VOX function for hands-free talking. It has a monitor and voice command prompt. Also battery saver, low battery alert and busy channel lock feature.
