great value for money

I got this phone for my mum who is aging, 89, hearing problem. Completely satisfied with the product, especially since the telephone handset remains active with the loudspeaker, which is a real advantage. On the other hand by the keys of the 10 main memories are very easy to access. I was well oriented by my interlocutor from Onedirect.

Good weight for stability, practical, intuitive, good quality material. It does not have the instructions in Italian but those in other languages are enough.

I am disappointed, with the functionalities of the phone, the reason, the instructions for use do not come in Spanish, and I am Spanish and I live in Spain, so, in the future, if I make another purchase, I will make sure that the instructions come in Spanish.
