Hi there,
The BT Diverse Pro 7110 Single Cordless DECT Phone does not have answer machine capabilites, therefore voice messages cannot be left by callers. However, when a phone and square sign appears, this means a missed call is recieved. To remove the icon you need to view the missed calls, see 'View call details' below.

Hi, the device works by sending radio signals between the base and headset- as a result, this may interfere with hearing aids causing a humming noise. Thank you for your question!
