BenQ InstaShow® WDC15 4K UHD Wireless Presentation System
The BenQ InstaShow® WDC15 is a wireless presentation system that can be set up in seconds without drivers, apps or a network. This makes it ideal for modern meeting rooms and real-time collaboration.
Recommended usage environment

Main specifications
The system transmits video and audio in 4K UHD (3840×2160) at 30 Hz. The receiver is powered by 5 V DC (2 A), with a typical consumption of 3 W and a maximum of 10 W. The wireless connection uses Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) in the 5 GHz band with a maximum data rate of AC1200 (approx. 867 Mbps) – ensuring near-zero-latency, real-time presentations.
Platform & device compatibility
The InstaShow system is fully cross-platform and supports Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS. The button connects to the laptop via USB-C or HDMI (HDMI adapter included), with no app installation or login required.
User experience & features
Using the system is extremely straightforward: presenters connect the button to their device, tap it, and the presentation begins instantly. Thanks to the touch-back function, they can control the presentation directly from the touch display – intuitive, interactive and seamless.
