5K Retina XDR quality for demanding visual work
The Apple Studio Display XDR is designed for design, photography, post-production and advanced creative work. Its 27-inch 5K Retina XDR display offers a resolution of 5120 x 2880 pixels and a pixel density of 218 ppi, enabling extremely sharp text, a high level of detail and consistent display quality throughout the day.
The mini-LED backlighting with 2,304 local dimming zones helps improve contrast and light control in complex scenes. In addition, the monitor reaches up to 1,000 nits of brightness in SDR and up to 2,000 nits in HDR, delivering a visual experience suited to high-end professional workflows.
Nano-texture glass for very bright environments
The main difference of this version lies in the nano-texture glass. Apple designed it for spaces with strong light sources, as it diffuses light to further reduce reflections and maintain a clearer image in very bright professional environments.
It is particularly well suited to studios, glass-fronted offices and workstations where control of ambient brightness affects visual comfort and day-to-day work accuracy.
Wide colour range and smooth performance for advanced creative workflows
The Apple Studio Display XDR supports 1 billion colours and covers the P3 and Adobe RGB colour spaces, offering a clear advantage for photography, graphic design, printing and colour grading. True Tone technology also helps adjust the image to ambient lighting for a more natural experience.
The 120 Hz refresh rate with adaptive synchronisation improves motion smoothness, which is particularly useful for video editing, motion graphics, animation and navigating complex interfaces.
Integrated video conferencing and professional ergonomics
The monitor includes a 12 MP camera with Centre Stage to support video calls and make presentations more dynamic. It also features a three-microphone studio-quality array and a six-speaker high-fidelity system with spatial audio and Dolby Atmos.
This configuration includes an adjustable stand designed to better adapt the display to each workstation. It allows tilt from -5° to +25°, total height adjustment of 10.5 cm and horizontal orientation.
