Brilliant phone, if looking for wall hanging, ten direct dial bottons to and not a caller i.d. then this is an ideal phone, easy purchased. It's a basic phone that rings loudly and quite too, no need to hold the handset to dial, but I think you do to speak, easily switch from handset back to hands free if in a queue.
