This headset does not pair directly to Yealink handsets. This headset only works if you have the W70B, W80 and W90 bases from Yealink. Once you have the headset registered to the same base as the handset then using the web interface of the base you can "match" the headset to the handset so they share the same number, after this you can answer calls on either and if you need to make calls you dial on the handset and then transfer the call to the headset.
