Reinforced security for your online payments

As of January 1, 2021, online purchases must follow a new process that serves to reinforce security and is called PSD2. This European directive requires strong authentication in order to protect banks and their customers from possible fraud.

 

How to pay online?

If you have activated double authentication with your bank, it is as simple as following the stepsthat it indicates and following the instructions to verify the payment.

To confirm your payment, they will ask you to fill in any of the following fields:

Paiement DSP2

Your password

Paiement DSP2

Your fingerprint

Paiement DSP2

A temporary code received by SMS

Paiement DSP2

A notification

If you have not yet activated the PSD2 system, you can contact your bank. Some banks offer the possibility to configure double authentication directly through their application.

For any change, you must take into account that:

Your personal information must be up to date
