Zebra ZT231D - Fast and compact industrial thermal printing
Professional ribbon-free labels
The Zebra ZT231D is a direct thermal industrial printer designed for businesses requiring reliability, speed and ease of integration. The 203 dpi print resolution enables the production of crisp labels, text and barcodes without the use of a transfer ribbon.
With a maximum speed of 12 ips, equivalent to approximately 305 mm/s, it allows you to quickly handle high volumes of labels. The maximum print width of 104 mm makes it suitable for numerous identification, logistics and traceability applications.
4.3" touch screen for intuitive operation
The 4.3" colour resistive touch display provides direct access to printer status, settings and wizards. It can also be used whilst wearing gloves, a useful feature in industrial environments.
Side-loading of media and colour-coded indicators simplify day-to-day operations. The transmissive and reflective mobile sensors also allow the printer to handle different types of media.
Comprehensive connectivity for the business infrastructure
Standard interfaces include USB 2.0, 10/100 Ethernet, RS-232 and USB host, offering a range of integration options with computers, business systems and network infrastructures. Bluetooth Low Energy technology is also included.
The Zebra Print DNA platform provides tools for printer configuration, monitoring, security and management. Compatibility with ZPL and ZPL II also facilitates integration into existing Zebra environments.
Metal construction and space-saving design
The metal chassis and housing are designed for professional use. The unit measures 432 x 241 x 279 mm and features a double-door design that reduces the vertical space required to access the media.
The printer handles media widths ranging from 19.4 to 114 mm and rolls with an external diameter of up to 203 mm, offering good autonomy in high-volume printing applications.
