The EPOS ED/USB Cable with Inline Control, when combined with a EPOS Circle or Century headset, is an easy-to-implement and cost-effective Microsoft Lync solution.
This cable is ideal for contact centres and hot-desking environments where users frequently change shifts or work desk thanks to its Easy Disconnect plug. This plug is not only very useful, but also highly durable as its quick-release mechanism reduces wear and tear on vulnerable USB ports in your computer.
The Easy Disconnect plug also allows you to walk away from your desk at the touch of a button and you can even detach the headset and put the call on hold, if need be.
