TheEPOS CEHS-SH 01 EHS for Shoretel Phones is an electronic hook switch adapter that allows you to answer and end calls remotely from one of the following ShoreTel desk phones: IP 212k, IP 230/230g, IP 265, IP 420, IP 480/480g, IP 485, IP 560/560g, IP 565/565g or IP 655.
The EPOS CEHS-SH 01 is ideal for professional users of wireless headsets and is compatible with the following EPOS headsets: DW Office, DW Pro 1, DW Pro 2 and D10.
The cable is very suitable for call centres and corporate office environments. It has been specifically designed to facilitate call management thanks to its easy set-up and single-button operation, which makes answering and ending calls efficient and flexible.
