The Philips 50HFL6214U is a professional television from the MediaSuite range designed for the hospitality sector, featuring a 50-inch screen, Android TV™ and integrated streaming functions. Designed for hotels, guest houses, clinics and care facilities, this device combines modern entertainment with centralised management and personalisation features.
4K Ultra HD Picture Quality for Professional Environments
The 4K Ultra HD LED display with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels delivers exceptionally sharp images for TV content, streaming services and information displays. With a brightness of 400 cd/m², this screen is suitable for a wide range of professional applications.
Android TV™ with Chromecast™ and Netflix
Thanks to Android TV™ 9 (Pie), users have access to a wide range of applications and services. Netflix, YouTube, Google Play Store, Google Play Movies, Google Play Games and YouTube Music come pre-installed.
With built-in Chromecast™, content can be wirelessly streamed from smartphones, tablets or laptops directly to the screen. Netflix is already integrated and can be used without any additional external device.
Centralised Management and Personalised Guest Experiences
The platform supports CMND & Control for centralised management of software, settings and device status. With AppControl, applications can be centrally installed, updated and managed.
CMND & Check-in enables personalised welcome messages, guest information and language-specific content to create a tailored guest experience.
Designed for Hotels and Healthcare Facilities
The integrated Hotel Mode includes features such as volume limitation, menu locking, fast start-up mode, and automatic power on/off functions. Dedicated healthcare features are also available, including multi-device remote control, nurse call system compatibility and independent speaker muting.
Extensive Connectivity Options
The television offers three HDMI 2.0 ports with HDCP 2.2, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Wi-Fi Direct, CI+, as well as headphone and bathroom speaker connections. It supports DVB-T/T2/C standards, HEVC UHD and IP playback via Multicast, Unicast and HLS.
