Motorola R7Ex ATEX - UHF
The Motorola R7Ex UHF ATEX is the two-way radio designed for high-risk environments: petrochemical platforms, factories, ports, refineries, or mining sites. Certified ATEX and IECEx, it operates safely even when exposed to gas, dust, or potentially explosive atmospheres. Thanks to IMPRES™ technology, the 2.5W speaker and AI-driven noise cancellation algorithms, the R7Ex delivers crystal-clear communications, even in noisy working conditions.
A rugged and durable build
Compliant with MIL-STD-810 standards, the R7Ex withstands shocks, extreme temperatures, and even salt fog. In addition, it is certified IP66 and IP68, offering total protection against dust and prolonged immersion. What’s more, its housing resists disinfectant products, a major advantage in demanding industrial environments.
Next-generation connectivity
Supporting both analogue and digital modes, the R7Ex is equipped with dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2 and a GNSS module (GPS, Galileo, Glonass, BeiDou) for geolocation. This connectivity makes integration into modern fleets seamless. Powered by a Li-ion battery, the R7Ex provides up to 23.5 hours of digital runtime, ensuring constant availability.
