Intelligently upgrade existing LG displays
The LG WP601 enhances compatible LG digital signage displays with the powerful webOS 6.0 Smart Signage platform. This provides even older LG displays, or those not equipped with webOS, with modern business functions for content management, remote management and professional digital signage applications.
Powerful media playback
The integrated media player supports the playback of Ultra HD content and handles multiple tasks simultaneously. The integrated Content Management System (CMS) enables the creation of playlists, scheduled playback and the management of local or external content via an intuitive user interface.
Flexible display control and multi-screen functions
The RS-232C connection allows compatible LG displays to be controlled centrally, for example to adjust brightness, volume or switch the display on or off. Features such as Picture-by-Picture (PbP), Picture-in-Picture (PiP) and Multi Video Tags allow multiple pieces of content to be displayed simultaneously on a single screen.
Applications and compatibility
The WP601 is designed for LG digital signage displays and supports professional software solutions such as LG SuperSign and the optional cloud service LG ConnectedCare for centralised monitoring and remote maintenance. It is suitable for retail, businesses, educational institutions and public information systems.
