The KANDAO Visio Meeting Ultra ST is an all-in-one video conferencing solution that combines 360° video, dual touch displays and AI-powered framing – perfect for professional meeting rooms of medium to large size.

In what context is this product used?

This system is ideal for meeting rooms with 6–12 participants or more. Thanks to the 360-degree camera, all attendees seated around the table are captured without the need for additional webcams. If required, the system can be expanded or daisy-chained with additional modules to cover larger spaces.

How good are the audio and video?

The camera delivers 4K resolution (3840 × 2160) at 30 fps and uses MJPEG or H.264 encoding. Eight omnidirectional microphones (beamforming) pick up voices within a range of up to 5.5 m, supported by echo and noise suppression for clear voice transmission. The 10 W Hi-Fi speaker ensures powerful audio output.

Which systems is it compatible with?

The device is compatible with leading video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and other UC solutions. It can be used as a standalone system (Android OS on the touch displays) or operated via USB-C with a computer (BYOD model).

What makes collaboration more efficient?

With an HDMI input (for screen sharing) and two HDMI outputs, content can easily be shared and extended to additional displays. The touchscreens allow direct interaction, joining meetings, viewing participants and using virtual whiteboards – ideal for hybrid meetings.

How are security and privacy ensured?

All data processing takes place locally on the device, and AI tracking runs offline – no personal behavioural data is stored in the cloud. A Kensington lock slot provides theft protection, and user permissions can be managed via the Android OS.
