1/ The jack is not suitable when the phone shell is shielded. The molding of the socket should be thinner. A cutter on 1 mm allowed me to use it because I did not see myself returning the product; it works with a standard case. 2/ There is no volume control on the button unit and that's a shame. It only serves to take or cut off the conversation.
