Insta360 Mic Pro: professional wireless audio and 32-bit floating-point recording
The Insta360 Mic Pro is a compact wireless microphone system designed for interviews, videos, events and professional content creation. It offers internal 32-bit floating-point recording, four shooting modes and a wireless range of up to 400 m, combining audio quality with freedom of movement.
32-bit floating-point recording and built-in storage
The transmitter features 32 GB of storage and allows recording at 24-bit or 32-bit floating-point with a sampling rate of 48 kHz. The 32-bit float mode offers a wide dynamic range, which is useful for handling sources with varying sound levels and reducing the risk of compromising the recording.
Four audio recording modes
You can choose between omnidirectional, super-directional, cardioid and figure-of-8 modes, adapting the sound capture to the situation. The microphone offers a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz and features a 100 Hz high-pass filter to limit unwanted low frequencies.
Transmission range of up to 400 m and long battery life
The wireless connection has a range of up to 400 m in open, interference-free conditions. The transmitter offers up to 10 hours’ battery life and the receiver up to 11 hours, whilst with the charging case, the total battery life can reach 30 hours. Fast charging also provides up to 1.5 hours of use with just 5 minutes of charging.
Compatibility and professional applications
The Insta360 Mic Pro can be used with cameras, smartphones and Insta360 cameras. Its stereo, mono, dual and safety track modes make it suitable for interviews, presentations, video productions, reporting and events.
