Equipped with a 2 MP, 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor, the DS-UVC-P22 delivers video at resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 pixels. Its wide dynamic range of at least 120 dB helps maintain image detail in environments with contrasting light levels, such as meeting rooms with bright windows or uneven lighting.

The camera supports MJPG and H.264 video formats, with frame rates of up to 60 fps at Full HD resolution in these formats. Image settings including exposure, white balance, digital noise reduction, contrast, sharpness and saturation can be adjusted to suit different meeting environments.

12x Optical Zoom and Flexible PTZ Camera Positioning

The 12x optical zoom lens enables the camera to capture both wider meeting room views and closer shots of individual speakers. An additional 4x digital zoom is available, with digital zoom limited to 1.5x in YUV format.

The motorised camera offers a pan range from -165° to +165° and a tilt range from -30° to +30°, allowing users to adjust the framing according to the room layout and position of participants.

Users can also configure up to five custom scene presets, making it easier to switch between preferred camera positions during meetings.

Dual Microphones with Intelligent Audio Processing

The camera incorporates two MEMS microphones with 360° omnidirectional pickup and a capture radius of up to 5 metres. This allows the camera to capture speech from participants positioned around a meeting area without requiring a separate microphone for basic audio capture.

Integrated audio processing includes intelligent noise reduction, automatic gain control, echo cancellation and voice enhancement. These functions help reduce background interference and improve speech intelligibility during online meetings.

The microphones support sampling rates of 16 kHz, 32 kHz and 48 kHz, with a frequency response from 100 Hz to 8 kHz.

USB-C Plug-and-Play Connectivity and Remote Control

The USB Type-C interface supports USB 2.0 for audio and video transmission, enabling plug-and-play operation without additional driver installation.

A supplied 2.4 GHz wireless remote control allows users to adjust camera settings and positioning from a distance of up to 10 metres. This provides convenient control during meetings without needing to operate the camera directly.

The camera also includes 3.5 mm audio input and output connections for additional audio connectivity, alongside a dedicated 12 V DC power input.
