It's not rugged as advertised... the screen breaks within seconds. The camera works very poorly (we have two and both have the same experience). The volume level is almost impossible to adjust between different apps. The biggest complaint is that the claimed ruggedness is definitely not true. For us, this phone is a NO-GO. Our confidence in Hammerblade is completely gone.

Unfortunately the phone was delivered a few days later than indicated on the site. Came from abroad, track and trace info was in French. But it was delivered and seems to work fine, hence 3 stars. But we will not order from them again.
