The Gigaset SL850H PRO is designed for comfortable handling and convenient everyday use. Its compact dimensions of 133 x 52 x 22 mm make it easy to carry, while the elegant Dark Titanium finish suits modern professional environments.

The illuminated 2.4-inch TFT QVGA display offers a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels and supports up to 65,000 colours. Its intuitive interface combines a five-way navigation key, programmable display keys and clear icons for straightforward access to essential functions.

The illuminated keypad and scratch-resistant, disinfectant-resistant surfaces help protect the handset during frequent handling and cleaning.

HD audio and flexible headset connectivity

Enjoy clear conversations with HDSP and CAT-iq 2.1 audio support. The integrated hands-free function allows users to continue conversations without holding the handset, while selectable audio profiles help adapt sound settings to different working environments.

For greater flexibility, Bluetooth 5.1 enables wireless headset connections, while the 3.5 mm audio jack supports compatible wired headsets. This makes the handset suitable for employees who need to communicate while carrying out other tasks.

Users can choose from 32 ringer melodies, five volume levels and different audio profiles. A vibration alert provides an additional notification option in busy or noisy workplaces.

Long battery life with replaceable AAA batteries

The Gigaset SL850H PRO provides up to 12 hours of talk time and up to 320 hours of standby time, supporting extended working periods without frequent recharging.

Unlike handsets with integrated lithium-ion batteries, this model uses two replaceable AAA batteries, in line with the requirements of the EU Ecodesign Directive applicable from June 2025.

The supplied charging cradle provides a convenient place to store and recharge the handset. Charging is also supported when the handset is switched off.

Its ECO DECT functionality supports reduced transmission power according to the distance from the base station, helping optimise energy consumption.

Business call management and advanced functions

The SL850H PRO includes a range of features designed to simplify professional communication. Its internal phonebook stores up to 500 contacts, with support for multiple telephone numbers, email addresses, reminders and personalised caller identification.

Bluetooth connectivity also allows users to access contacts from paired Android and iOS smartphones or transfer contacts to the handset.

Dedicated lists for missed, incoming and outgoing calls store up to 20 entries each. Additional functions include speed dialling, automatic redial, caller identification, keypad locking and anonymous call silencing.

A configurable function key at the top of the handset can be assigned to quick dialling or alarm functions. Push-to-talk functionality is planned through a software update, subject to availability.

Centralised configuration and professional system integration

For IT administrators, the Gigaset SL850H PRO supports autoprovisioning and Software Update Over The Air (SUOTA), helping simplify handset deployment, configuration and ongoing maintenance.

Depending on the connected base station and PBX, administrators can remotely configure handset settings, upload contacts and ringtones, assign function keys and restrict access to selected menus.

The USB-C interface and Bluetooth connectivity support data exchange and firmware updates through Gigaset QuickSync.

The handset also supports Alarm, Messaging and Location (AML) functions, including priority-based alerts, message notifications, location data transmission and Bluetooth Low Energy beacon capabilities, when supported by the connected infrastructure.

The handset is compatible with Gigaset N530 IP PRO, N610 IP PRO, N670 IP PRO, N770 IP PRO, N870 IP PRO and N870E IP PRO DECT systems. It can also operate with compatible third-party CAT-iq and GAP base stations in single-cell and multicell installations.

DECT coverage reaches up to 50 metres indoors and 300 metres outdoors under suitable conditions. The available functions and coverage depend on the connected base station, PBX and installation environment.
