5K camera with intelligent participant framing

The integrated 5K Ultra HD camera uses a 15.1MP image sensor and provides an 83° horizontal field of view. This allows teams to equip smaller meeting rooms without requiring a separate conferencing camera.

Intelligent camera functions improve the remote meeting experience automatically. Best Overview detects participants and adjusts the framing, while speaker tracking identifies the active speaker and switches the view accordingly.

Integrated audio for cleaner meeting spaces

Built-in microphones and speakers reduce the need for additional tabletop equipment, helping create a cleaner and more organised meeting room. Automatic noise suppression helps minimise distracting sounds such as keyboard typing and paper movement.

The system supports high-quality audio with a frequency range of up to 20kHz, helping participants communicate clearly during business meetings and collaborative sessions.

4K wired and wireless content sharing

The Room Kit combines video conferencing with flexible presentation capabilities. Users can share content through wired or wireless connections, making it easier to present documents, applications and other meeting material.

Local content sharing supports resolutions up to 4K at 30fps. The system can also work with dual displays and dual content sources, providing additional flexibility for professional meeting room installations.

Room Navigator for intuitive meeting control

The included Room Navigator touch controller provides a dedicated interface for controlling meetings and room functions. Compatible deployments support One Button to Push for scheduled meetings, simplifying the process of joining a conference.

Room integration capabilities can also extend beyond conferencing. Through supported configurations, the system can interact with compatible room peripherals and provide people-count information for workspace analytics.

Flexible network and deployment options

The system provides Gigabit Ethernet connectivity and supports dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi on compatible radio versions. Ethernet remains suitable for fixed professional installations where consistent network performance is a priority.

Deployment is flexible, with support for Webex cloud registration and compatible on-premises environments. This allows businesses to integrate the system according to their existing collaboration infrastructure.
