This product is ideal for customers currently using traditional analogue phones or digital phones who want to transition to IP telephony. The Cisco 7861 includes fixed keys for conferencing, messaging and address book access; it also provides for electronic switch control allowing you to manage calls when using headsets. This product is compatible with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Business Edition 6000 and the Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution.
