Hi there,
The BT Big Button 200 Analogue Deskphone does have answerphone capabilities. User will dial 1571 in order to access their answerphone messages. BT Answer 1571 is an answering service that answers calls when you're away from the phone or engaged on another call. You'll know you have a message in your mailbox if you get an interrupted dial tone.
Thank you.
Actually the phone has is 3 different ringtones which can be changed using a physical switch under the phone. Is not possible to add any other ringtones.
This is an analogue phone, not VoIP. If you are interested in this phone then you could use a VoIP to analogue convertor, such as the Grandstream HT801 for example. Your VoIP provider will need to do the configuration and then you can use your analogue phone as ussual.
BT doesn’t state the actual gaining’s on the product description, they just mention.
Struggling to enter numbers accurately or hear callers? -> This is the ideal phone for anyone with sight, hearing or dexterity challenges. The big buttons will ease the frustration of entering numbers incorrectly. It’s hearing aid compatible and you can even boost the volume of your caller’s voice and your own voice to make sure you can hear and be heard clearly.
