The Alcatel SP2604G is a high-end IP phone designed to meet the communication needs of businesses. Featuring a 2.8-inch TFT colour display (320×240), it offers an intuitive and customisable user interface, making it easy to manage calls and contacts. With support for up to 12 SIP accounts, it allows multiple lines to be managed simultaneously, enhancing team productivity.
Wideband audio and full-duplex hands-free mode ensure exceptional sound quality, essential for clear and professional conversations. Advanced features such as call waiting, transfer, forwarding, and Do Not Disturb provide increased flexibility in call management.
Integration and security
The SP2604G integrates easily with IP PBX systems, offering features such as voicemail, intercom, music on hold and multicast. Programmable keys with BLF support and customisable buttons allow the phone to be tailored to each user’s specific needs.
Security is a priority with features such as TLS encryption, SRTP, VPN, mutual authentication, web filtering, and firewall protection. In addition, the phone is equipped with a Kensington security slot to protect the device against theft.
