The jack for the radio end is a J11 as defined by Peltor exact product information can be found here: https://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/p/d/v100967000/
In terms of what this can connect to, it needs another adapter, the J11 connection is what allows this to function with Remote Speaker mics etc, it does not connect to a radio itself, we have a range of FLX cables that may fit directly into your device.
