Hi I have a small company I’ve had virgin install ip connection for phone only they haven’t supplied the phone, just wondering if I need anything else with this phone, would be interested to find what this phone does is it simply just a phone
This is an IP phone that connects to the ethernet port of your router, for the phone to work you need to have a VoIP (voice over IP) active service, this could be with Virgin or any other company out there providing this service. For example, currently in our office our internet is provided by Vodafone and the VoIP service by Megacall. Depending on your provider you need to check with them if the phone will be compatible with their service, some providers prefer to work with specific brands/products.
