8 channels and 219 codes

With 8 channels and 219 selectable privacy codes and a range of up to 16,250 m2, 13 floors or 9 km line of sight*, this is an excellent choice for walkie-talkies on construction sites and in industry. The channel announcement function shows you which channel you are currently on when you change channels, so you don't have to take the device off your belt to check and your hands are completely free for work. You can set 16 pre-recorded channel names for your departments, such as customer service, security, maintenance, etc.

Convenient storage and belt clip

The XT400 series radios come with a carrying holster with a rotating belt clip, allowing you to rotate the radio so that it sits comfortably and can move freely while you pick up a tool or stock a shelf. An antimicrobial coating prevents the growth of mould and germs on the surface of the radio.

*The range of a PMR446 radio varies greatly depending on where you use it. The maximum range specified by manufacturers is based on ideal conditions, e.g. from hilltop to hilltop, but the range you actually get is much less if you are in a built-up area.
