The Avaya 1616 IP phone is the high-end 1600 series phone. The 1616 IP phone is equipped with fixed function keys (for conference setting, transferring or holding calls) and 16 direct programmable memory keys to record the numbers you use frequently.

Connect an extension module (optional) and take advantage of directly programmable function keys. The extension comprises 32 keys with indicator lights. Go from 16 keys to 48 function keys or abbreviated numbers.
