As part of Alcatel-Lucent's new Essential series, the new ALE-20 is the ultimate all-in-one IP phone. It is a great value for money phone, offering a rich and intuitive everyday experience, with a new simple and clean design that blends seamlessly into the office. The phone is PoE powered via the RJ45 socket and can be adapted to different workspace configurations with the included wall mounting kit, while the height-adjustable desk stand allows you to adjust the phone's position to suit your preferences. Tilt the screen more or less for better visibility. Enjoy a clear view of your information as the 2.8" monochrome display is backlit.

With all the classic features of a desktop phone, the new Alcatel-Lucent ALE-20 provides a rich and complete audio-visual experience with its powerful components. You will be alerted of all incoming events in real-time with the various integrated LED indicators.

Simple device management 

In the digital age, this new IP phone simplifies the way you use a desktop phone. While its four-way keypad makes it easy to navigate through menus, the 6 built-in programmable keys give you direct access to your favourite actions. Manage your calls with a single touch thanks to the available function keys, which include picking up or hanging up a call, adjusting the volume, muting the microphone and switching to handsfree mode.

Hands-free option 

The phone can be used to talk via the traditional hand-held handset, hands-free or with a headset (headset) thanks to the USB-C, USB-A and RJ9 sockets provided for this purpose, allowing you to be more productive as you can carry out other tasks while communicating. This phone ensures full-duplex hands-free communications with crystal-clear transmission because acoustic echo is suppressed so that only the voices of each person are transmitted.
