The SNOM M900 Outdoor DECT base station is the ideal solution for businesses requiring wireless coverage on several floors, in large buildings or outdoors... You configure your coverage area according to your needs and the number of handsets to be connected.

Two distinct configuration modes

Simple: With a single DECT base station, you get a system that can support up to 30 wireless handsets with a high call capacity: up to 10 simultaneous calls. You're always free to move around, thanks to the long range of DECT technology. You can share your saved numbers with up to 3,000 contacts. Connection is simply via your Ethernet PoE cable, and you can plug in up to 3 Snom M5 repeaters to extend your range.

Scalable: With several DECT bases (up to 4000), in a multi-cellular network, benefit from a system that can support up to 16,000 wireless handsets with a high call capacity: up to 8 simultaneous calls per base. You're always free to move around, thanks to the long range of DECT technology. You can share your stored numbers with up to 3,000 contacts. Connection is simply via your Ethernet PoE cable, and you can connect up to 100 Snom M5 repeaters to extend your range. What's more, you'll benefit from the "hand-over" function, which lets you switch between the two handsets at the same time. The Snom M900 Outdoor can be integrated into the Snom M900 framework as well with the regular base stations.

Easy to install and update

Installation and synchronisation of the base are plug and play, no configuration is required. What's more, it's compatible with any SNOM M700 bases that may already be in your installation. More specific configuration (for an IPBX, for example) and contact integration can be done directly via the Web interface.

This DECT base provides HD audio and DECT encryption with TLS and SRTP protocols to ensure secure and encrypted communications.

In addition to these features it shares with the Snom M900 DECT base, the Outdoor model is also more shock and impact resistant with an IP55 certified housing. This certification refers to UV and water protection as well. It also overs Over The Air (OTA) updates for its connected handsets.
