The VVX 300 improves staff productivity by complementing applications in the work domain on your computer. Users can view and manage their Microsoft Exchange calendar, receive meeting notifications and alerts, access their corporate directory, and instant messaging or presence status directly from the video telephone screen, even while waiting for the PC to power up. They can also extend the PC desktop to include the & nbsp; VVX 300 videophone screen and navigate and interact with it using the keyboard or & nbsp; mouse.
The phone is equipped with a 208 x 104 px backlit LCD screen, with highly visible information. The VVX 311 is equipped with Polycom's proprietary HD voice technology, offering very natural-sounding communication.
