Motorola creates the Defy Satellite, an accessory with satellite connectivity as an alternative for places where there is no or spotty coverage. It connects easily via Bluetooth to your smartphone and gives you satellite connectivity, allowing two-way messaging from Bullit with the Bullit Satellite Messenger service. The recipient of messages will need to download the associated app to reply and will not be charged anything, as the cost of messages sent or received are deducted from the person's plan with an active subscription.
