The Jabra GN 'Y' Training Cable with Mute connects two Jabra headsets to a single phone to perform agent training, supervisory, coaching, multi-users on one call. This cable allows both users to hear the caller but only one side to talk. If both users want to talk, you will need this cable. You will also need a bottom cable such as the GN Smart Cord.
